Step 2 InitiaL Visit

The goal of an initial visit is to get a better sense of the project’s potential and limitations, which will inform the design and budgeting process later on. The visit provides an opportunity to further discuss any must haves or questions you may have about your project.

This initial visit is a crucial step in the design-build process, helping ensure that the final construction meets the client's needs and expectations.

 

Getting Ready to Build.

 

Phase 1 Design

Every single one of our projects starts in Design Phase. We start with rough ideas and concept photos and begin to plan your project down to the smallest details. The goal of design phase is to communicate the customers vision and develop the plan to make it a reality using our team of Designers, Architects and Engineers who we collaborate with to create a unique and personalized design for your project.

During this phase, our design team collaborates with you to understand your vision, preferences, and budget. The design team creates preliminary sketches and 3D renderings to help the client visualize the final product. The design phase can include multiple rounds of revisions and feedback to ensure that the design meets the client's expectations. Once the client approves the design, the team moves into the planning phase creating detailed plans and specifications, including architectural, structural, and mechanical drawings.

The design phase concludes with a final review of the plans and specifications, ensuring that they meet all building codes and regulations. The design phase is crucial in creating a customized and functional design that meets the client's needs and desires while ensuring that the construction process is well-planned, efficient, and cost-effective.


Phase 2 Plan

The planning phase involves creating a comprehensive plan for executing the construction project. During this phase, the construction team uses the design plans and specifications to develop a detailed project schedule, budget, and scope of work. The team also considers factors such as permits, material sourcing, and subcontractor selection.

This phase includes a thorough analysis of the project's feasibility, timeline, and budget constraints. The planning phase aims to identify potential challenges and risks and create contingency plans to mitigate them. All the way up to the start of Build Phase we are communicating with our trade partners and suppliers making sure everything is fine tuned. The planning phase is critical in setting the foundation for a successful construction project by ensuring that all aspects are well-organized, coordinated, and aligned with the client's goals and expectations.


Phase 3 Build

During this phase, the construction team will mobilize to the project site, prepare the site for construction, and follow the approved design to begin building the project. Quality control, project management, and commissioning and closeout activities are also important components of the build phase. Effective project management and communication are crucial to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards.
