Revival was founded in 2018 with the focus of building high quality projects for high quality people. Together our team has built custom homes at the highest end of the market as well as renovated existing homes dating all the way back to the 1700s. Additionally, we manage select projects in the commercial sector.

We serve clients looking to take their vision and make it a reality. We manage our projects by breaking them down into three select phases; Design, Plan, Build. Our team is trained to promote clear and transparent communication through our process with the goal of yielding happy, repeat clients and a construction product that is of the highest quality.

Getting Your Footing

The footer size will vary based on the soil you’re building in as well as the structural load of the home. Once the forms are squared and triple checked, we will spray diesel fuel on the inside of the aluminum walls making it easier to remove the forms when the concrete hardens. The whole process of building a foundation will take about 3 weeks give or take. Sometimes less, sometimes longer depending on weather.
