Carversville Porch Upgrade
Sometime all you need is a facelift. Our concierge services are designed to maintain our existing customers homes and take care of the small upgrades and repairs needed to keep these beautiful homes looking like the day you moved in. On this project we replaced the sunburnt railings on this porch and replaced them with a unique railing. Additionally we added railings along the stairs.
Since we removed the old railings, it seems fitting to paint the posts and surrounding area while we had the opportunity. We removed the rotted trim at the base of the posts and installed PVC trim that will last forever.
