We are a few weeks away from finishing this project. Even though we are extremely close to the finish line, we cannot let off the gas. Managing remodels is way more challenging than new construction for a variety of reasons. The biggest reason is the unforeseen issues that continuously arise and need to be solved just as quickly as they present themselves. All construction projects require thorough planning to produce a great experience as well as finished product, but remodels require builders to plan for the unexpected.
