I believe anyone can build a new construction home if they have the right information.

The question is: Where is the information?

The information that had previously been absorbed by generations of craftsman is slowly disappearing along with the generations that paved the way for custom home building today. Thanks to the internet and platforms like YouTube, a lot of the information that almost slipped from out grasps is making a resurgence.

However, the information is all over the place. It is not well organized online and sometimes not accurate.

Our Goal

We have simple goal: Share what we know.

We charge a respectable amount of money for the homes we build. We have decades of combined experience behind our decision making process paired with long time relationships with our subcontractors, designers and architects that allows us to build an amazing product.

We believe the rising tide raises all ships. If we share how we do it, the building community as a whole will benefit. Realtors, clients, contractors alike can benefit from the hard lessons we’ve learned and the thought process behind our great company.
